NEW YORK (Reuters) - Danny Granger of the Indiana Pacers has been suspended for one game for hitting Chicago Bulls forward Andres Nocioni in the face, the NBA said on Friday.
The incident occurred midway through the fourth quarter of Indiana's 113-107 defeat by the visiting Bulls on Wednesday.
Granger, a 6-foot-8 forward who averages 18.2 points and 5.8 rebounds, will serve the suspension against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night.
